Refunds and Returns

We hope you love your Keep My Glow products. If something isn’t right with your order, please get in touch so we can help.

Change of mind
We don’t offer returns or refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong product, or decide a product isn’t for you. This includes products that have been opened or used.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where helpful. We’ll review it and work with you on an appropriate solution.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of this policy. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. You do not need to keep the original packaging to make a claim about a faulty product.

Please contact us before sending any product back so we can advise you on the next steps.
