Welcome to Keep My Glow. These Terms and Conditions apply when you access our website, purchase our products or otherwise interact with us.

This website is operated by Keep My Glow, trading as Keep My Glow (“Keep My Glow”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our ABN is 85172172403

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.

You agree that all information you provide when placing an order is accurate, complete and current.

2. Product information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists, prices and other information are accurate.

Product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed online. The colour achieved from a gradual-colour product may also vary depending on skin tone, application, skincare routine and frequency of use.

We may update product formulations, ingredients, packaging or descriptions from time to time. Please always read the current product label, directions, warnings and ingredient list before use.

Results vary between individuals, and we do not guarantee a particular cosmetic result.

3. Product safety, allergies and skin reactions

Keep My Glow products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Individual skin responses vary. We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every person or skin type, or that an individual will not experience irritation, sensitivity or an allergic reaction.

Before using any product, you must:

• Read the complete ingredient list, directions and warnings.

• Check for ingredients to which you are allergic or sensitive.

• Perform a patch test at least 24 hours before first use, following the product directions.

• Avoid applying the product to broken, irritated, inflamed or recently exfoliated skin.

• Avoid contact with the eyes.

• Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, swelling, discomfort or another adverse reaction occurs.

• Seek medical advice if a reaction is serious, persistent or concerning.

Do not use a product if you know or reasonably suspect that you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving treatment for a skin condition or uncertain whether a product is suitable for you, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep My Glow is not responsible for a reaction, injury or loss resulting from:

• Use contrary to the product directions or warnings.

• Failure to review the ingredient list or perform a recommended patch test.

• Use despite a known allergy or sensitivity.

• Application to broken, irritated, inflamed or otherwise unsuitable skin.

• Continued use after signs of irritation or an adverse reaction appear.

• Alteration, contamination, improper storage or misuse of the product.

• Use after the product’s expiry date or recommended period after opening.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

4. Sun protection

Keep My Glow gradual-colour products do not contain sunscreen unless this is expressly stated on the product label.

A tan or cosmetic colour does not protect your skin from ultraviolet radiation or sunburn. Our products are not a substitute for sunscreen, protective clothing or other appropriate sun-protection measures.

Always follow appropriate sun-protection practices.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and Conditions.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or dispatched it.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity or resale activity.

• We cannot deliver to the address supplied.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST, where applicable.

Shipping costs and any other charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.

We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

7. Pre-orders

A product described as a “pre-order” is not available for immediate dispatch.

Any estimated dispatch or delivery date is an estimate only and may change because of manufacturing, freight, customs, supply-chain issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you using the contact details supplied with your order. Where required by Australian Consumer Law, or where we choose to offer it, you may cancel the affected pre-order and receive a refund.

Products are not reserved until payment has been successfully processed and your order has been accepted.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers:

• Are subject to any additional conditions stated with the offer.

• Must be used before their expiry date.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Cannot be combined unless we expressly permit it.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

9. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to AUSTRALIA ONLY.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days, excluding pre-orders, weekends and public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, incorrect delivery details or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect address information or an uncollected parcel may be charged to you where permitted by law.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us ecmalton@hotmail.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and relevant photographs or information.

10. Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may choose to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Change-of-mind returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for skincare or cosmetic products.

11. Website information

Website content is provided for general information only. While we take reasonable care when preparing it, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, accurate or current.

Information on our website is not medical or professional health advice and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website where reasonably necessary.

12. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:

• You created it or have permission to share it.

• It is accurate and not misleading.

• It does not infringe another person’s rights.

• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or offensive.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content on our website, social media and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

All website content—including the Keep My Glow name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, packaging, written content and designs—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

14. Third-party services and links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment providers and delivery companies.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that we may collect and use personal information to process payments, fulfil orders, provide customer service and operate our business.

Marketing communications will only be sent in accordance with applicable law. You may unsubscribe using the link provided in the communication.

16. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it will be limited to the remedy or amount permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for using products in accordance with their directions, warnings and ingredient information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, injury or an adverse reaction caused or contributed to by misuse, improper storage, failure to follow directions, failure to consider known allergies or sensitivities, or continued use after irritation or another adverse reaction becomes apparent.

17. Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, industrial action, supply shortages, government restrictions, internet failures or interruptions affecting manufacturers and delivery providers.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.

The terms applying to an order are generally those displayed when the order is placed, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You and Keep My Glow submit to the courts and tribunals of Victoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them. This does not prevent you from exercising any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Keep My Glow (KMG), Victoria, Australia.

2. Promotion Dates
The promotion commences on Thursday, 22 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday, 22 November 2026.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over. No purchase is necessary.

4. How to Enter
To enter the draw, participants must:

• Visit the official Keep My Glow giveaway post on Instagram.

• Tag at least 5 different, genuine Instagram accounts in the comments.

• Ensure all 5 tagged accounts are following @keepmyglow by the closing date.

Each eligible participant receives one entry into the draw. Tagging additional accounts does not increase the number of entries. Duplicate, fake, business or celebrity accounts will not count towards the required 5 tags.

5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive a $500 AUD Flight Centre gift voucher.

The voucher is subject to Flight Centre’s applicable gift card terms, redemption conditions and expiry date. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection
One winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on Monday, 23 November 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT Victoria.

7. Winner Announcement
The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message and announced on the official @keepmyglow Instagram account on 23 November 2026.

The winner must respond within seven days. If the prize remains unclaimed after reasonable attempts to contact the winner, a redraw may be conducted on 1 December 2026 at 12:00pm AEDT at the original draw location.

8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered electronically or by post within 28 days of the draw.

9. Follower Milestone
This giveaway celebrates Keep My Glow’s journey towards 5,000 Instagram followers. The prize will be awarded regardless of whether the account reaches 5,000 followers by the closing date.

10. Privacy
Personal information will only be collected and used for the administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility and prize delivery.

11. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

12. General Conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent entries, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
